Les Forges is located 10km north of Josselin,and St.Servant around 6km South of Josselin. The property is ideally suited for you to tour Brittany, and the beaches of the South coast are easily accessible.
The newly furbished & completly rewired home comprising of four reception rooms, which includes two sitting rooms, with full entertainment systems. The formal dining room is perfect for you to have a long lingering French lunche or dinner & the breakfast room ideal for coffee & croissannts in the morning. The kitchen benefits from a new dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, wide range of cooking utensils for the cooks & a microwave for those who prefer a quick snack. In the cellar we have a new washing machine, tumble dryer & iron. A downstairs toilet is also available. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms & one twin & a childs guest bed. Duvets & pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own covers, pillowcases & towels. The bathroom has a full bath, washhand basin, bidet & shower curtain & spray. The house benefits from full gas central heating & is ideal out of season. An authentic log fire can be found in the front room. The house provides a safe, warm & comfortable environment all year round.
