Lennox is located near Southerness in South West Scotland. There are shops and pubs nearby. There are also miles of sandy and rocky beaches to explore and good fishing in nearby rivers and lochs. Southerness is superbly located between two miles of sandy beach and the stunning Galloway hills and enjoys spectacular views over the Solway Firth to the Lake District. It makes this the perfect place for exploring Dumfries and Galloway and the Borders. For those who enjoy golf, there is a championship course nearby.
Lennox near Southerness in Scotland is a cedar wood chalet on the edge of a beautiful beach on the Solway coast. This three bedroom property is able to accommodate up to six guests.
The chalet was built in 1973 for family use and has been refurbished and modernised over the years. A feature of the building is the great use of glass in the living room with stunning views towards the Lake District and the Isle of Annan. The living room has been kept as big as possible to make use of this. There is a living/dining area with seating, pine table and chairs. Three small bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with bunk beds and one with twin beds. Bathroom with electric shower. Heating is provided by a wood/coal-burning stove, which is easy to use following the instruction book. Wood is easily collected from the beach and their are various coal merchants in Dumfries. There are also some electric heaters.
There is a garden/patio area with garden furniture and parking.

Lennox is situated approximately a quarter of a mile from the holiday village of Southerness, which is seventeen miles from Dumfries in South West Scotland. There is a bus service from Dumfries. Further details available from the property owner upon confirmation of the booking.
