The property is only twenty minutes from mediaeval Loches, with its famous chateau, and thirty minutes to the major Loire chateau trail, Amboise, Saumur and the other famous Loire chateaux of the region, including Chenonceaux. In the other direction there is Valencay with its chateau, car museum and animal park, as well as the many wine producers. The Brenne Natural Park offers nature lovers a veritable paradise, with many designated and safe routes for walking, cycling and bird watching. A car is essential at this property for full exploration of this beautiful region.

Accommodation: Downstairs a comfortably equipped living/dining area with audio tape player, cd, radio, stereo system and seating for four. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, freezer, fridge, microwave, cooker and washing machine. Bedroom with a small double bed is situated off the living room.
Upstairs: Two well appointed bedrooms, with full size beds. A second living room with HiFi. Shower room with washbasin and toilet. Second shower room and toilet.
Cleaning is the responsibility of guests to leave the cottage as they find it.
The private garden at the front is totally enclosed with shrubs, plants, barbecue and garden furniture, offering both shaded or sunny areas. There is also ample on site parking.
