Property Location: There are several restaurants within a five minute walk and many more within a twenty minute walk. Mar Menor is a fifteen minute drive with La Manga only twenty five minutes away. There are dozens of golf clubs to choose from with several beaches close at hand.
The beaches of Torrevieja have held the European Blue Flag for Clean Seas for several years, awarded for their quality and excellent facilities. During the day Torrevieja also offers a range of leisure and entertainment areas. As well as its beaches and numerous terraces along its maritime promenade and a great waterpark Aquópolis.
Distance from town: Torrevieja is a 5km bus ride away although there are more than adequate facilities nearer.
