Distance from town: 5 minutes drive from the nearest town of Mirambeau, with supermarkets, bank, bars, restaurants, patisserie etc.
Area activities: Year round attractions : spring/summer relaxing in the sun, strolling along the Estuary or countryside or lying on the beach. All year round exploring historic and beautiful Charente Maritime and Gironde.

Outside living areas: Large terrace (divided from owners'), with garden furniture incl BBQ and 2 bikes; use of 11mx5m swimming pool - May to September incl.; use of garden - approx 1 acre - incl boules pit & 2nd BBQ/picnic area. Pool and garden shared only with the owners - yours is the only gite ! Sorry but we do not take children.
