La Torre is the largest of the Polaris World resorts in the Mar Menor region with a surface area of approximately 1,400,000 square metres. Built around a Nicklaus design 18-hole golf course; facilities include tennis courts, 13 swimming pools, numerous bars and restaurants and fitness centre.
Nearby you will find many bars, shops and restaurants. This property makes an ideal base for exploring this lovely Mar Menor region of Spain. A car being essential to fully explore the area.
La Torre Apartment at La Torre Golf Resort in the Mar Menor region of Spain is a superbly equipped, ground floor two bedroom apartment, located on the second fairway. This lovely property is able to accommodate up to four guests.
Accommodation includes a spacious lounge with a flat screen television with 150+ channels including over 50 English channels. There is also a DVD player with a large selection of films, a HiFi with radio, tape and CD player with a large selection of music to suit most tastes. A selection of books and games is also there for your amusement. There is a telephone which allows free calls between any other phone on any Polaris resort and also allows incoming outside calls from anywhere in the world. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, extractor, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, ironing board, microwave, toaster, kettle, toasted sandwich maker, and ample crockery and cutlery. There is also a breakfast bar and two stools. Bedroom one has a double bed and a French door leading out onto the terrace. Bedroom two has two single beds. Both have fitted wardrobes. The bathroom is equipped with toilet, bidet and sink and has a full sized bath as well as a shower over.
The terrace and garden benefit from the afternoon sun and is a perfect place to enjoy a sundowner taking in the beautiful view of the clubhouse and town centre across the lake. On the terrace there is a hardwood table and four chairs, a deckchair and two free-standing hammocks for your comfort whilst enjoying the sun, either on the terrace or in the garden. There is also a secure underground car park with remote access. A lift takes you to the apartment. The property is suitable for wheelchairs. The property is ground floor and doorways accommodate a wheelchair, however it is not specifically set up as suitable for the disabled. There is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the apartment having external lighting.
Superb on site facilities include a shared outdoor swimming pool, club house with live entertainment, restaurant, bar, ice cream parlour and a tennis court.

La Torre Apartment on La Torre Golf Resort in Roldan, Spain is situated only fifteen minutes drive from San Javier Airport. Leave the Airport, go straight over the first roundabout then take signs for Alicante going north on the AP-7. Get off at next exit (782) signposted Murcia and Balsicas on the C3319. Watch for the sharp bend as you have to go under the motorway. Drive up the C3319 for 15 km until you see La Torre on your left. Take the next (main) exit (not the one by the windmill, that’s just a service road). It’s signed Sucina and El Garruchal. You will see a road bridge crossing the road. You need to go over this. The Valle de Sol restaurant is on this junction. Follow the signs for URBANISATION. When you enter the Resort take first left (or 3rd exit around the fountain roundabout). Follow the road right down to the perimeter wall. Turn right onto Calle MERO. Block 26 Madroñal is about 100m along.
