Property Location: La Casita in Spain has a delightful rustic charm, with high beamed ceilings and terracotta floors throughout. This is the perfect setting for a "chill out" holiday, set in the heart of the fruit and vegetable growing area of the Costa Tropical with the beaches and amenities of the Costa Tropical only a short drive away.
Distance from town: Restaurants, bars and shops can be found in Motril 5km away and Salobrena 9km.
Area activities: There are diving schools at Salobreña 9km, watersports can also be found at Almuñecar and La Herradura. There are numerous coves and beaches dotted all along the Costa Tropical. Mountain biking, walking and climbing can all be found in the nearby Alpujarras and skiing in the Sierra Nevada. This property make an ideal base from which to explore the Andalucian coast and countryside. A car is essential to fully appreciate all this lovely area has to offer.

Outside living areas: A covered terrace provides welcome shade in the heat of the day and is the perfect setting for long leisurely ‘al fresco’ lunches or evening sundowners. The outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by a terracotta terrace and shingle covered garden, fenced on all sides to provide privacy. A sweeping gravel driveway leads to the front of the casita, the swimming pool and covered terrace being the main focal points.
Granada: 1 hour. Malaga: 1 hour 30 mins.
