Located 45 minutes south of Saumur on the Loire, 90 minutes east of La Rochelle on the Atlantic coast and 30 minutes from Futuroscope Poitiers and it’s airport with daily flights in & out of the UK.
L'Atelier is a splendid two bedroom maison d'amis with its own outdoor seating/dining area as well as having a more than adequate lounge/dining room. Together with its kitchen & shower-room there are two king size bedrooms.
Please note there is a heating charge of €50.00 to pay on arrival to the owner.
