Hollies Cottage is located in a tranquil setting, ideal for those seeking a peaceful holiday in the countryside with miles of beautiful country walks, yet only two miles from Perranporth with its large sandy surfing beach and Golf Course. The Cottage has delightful panoramic views over undulating countryside. It is situated at the end of a quiet unmade lane, yet within easy reach of Goonhavern Village which offers local amenities including a Post Office, General Store and Public House.
The surfing beaches of Newquay and its Golf Course are only seven miles away and the Cathedral City of Truro is only nine miles. The Eden Project is approximately twenty miles away. This is an excellent location for touring the whole of Cornwall.
Hollies Cottage in Cornwall is a delightful detached cottage with beamed ceilings, original stone walls and wonderful country views from the balcony. This one bedroom property is able to accommodate up to four guests with the use of a sofa bed.
Accommodation. First floor, open plan lounge/dining/kitchen with beams, sofa bed and stable door to balcony. Ground floor, one double bedroom with beams, bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin.
There is ample parking, shared grounds and woodland. The property has a small garden. Two well behaved pets are welcome. In addition to the gardens, there is also a large recreation area with barbecue facilities.
Newquay.
Hollies Cottage is located close to Goonhavern near Perranporth, Cornwall. Free transport can be arranged from Truro Railway Station or Newquay Airport on request. Further details will be provided by the property owner on confirmation of the booking.
