Historic Ludlow, renowned gourmet centre of England is 10 miles away. Peace and quiet, with lovely walks in surrounding deer woods, nearby Offa's Dyke and Mortimer Trail. Excellent touring base for historic, medieval towns such as Ludlow, Shrewsbury and Hereford and the 'black and white' villages.
