Hameau du Rivage in France is located in a quiet area of a popular French holiday resort. The property is only twenty minutes from Perpignan, two hours from both Toulouse and Barcelona. There is a wonderful sandy beach only five minutes walk from the property, which is located close to the shops and the harbour area, the Mediterranean's second largest pleasure marina. There are also many excellent restaurants and boutiques nearby.
Close by can be found international golf courses and the sporting complex of Grande Stade les Capellans with tennis courts, squash, swimming pools, a sailing school and windsurfing facilities.
Hameau du Rivage in Les Capellans, St Cyprien, France is a large, first floor, one bedroom apartment to accommodate up to six guests.
The double glazed apartment has a lounge, kitchenette, double bedroom and bathroom with separate w.c. There is also a very large mezzanine with two single beds and a double bed.
The apartment has a private parking space and a fabulous balcony for eating "al fresco" in the evening sun.

Cot hire is €15, if required. TV's can be hired for €40 per week. Cleaning charge of €53 per week, (same figure if two consecutive weeks taken). If taking a dog a charge of €23.
