Guzelyali Villa in Northern Cyprus is situated near Karsiyaka, some twenty miles west of the main port of Kyrenia. The Villa is in what was a lemon grove in the village of Guzelyali. It is only a five minute walk to the sea and a ten minute drive to some lovely beaches. There are restaurants and two shops within walking distance, a short walk takes you to the main road where there is a regular bus service into Kyrenia and all places between.
The charms of Cyprus are many and varied. For a start the weather is sunny and dry for most of the year, and the encircling sea is blue, clear and enticing. Cyprus has remote picturesque mountain villages and monasteries, beautiful churches, Crusader castles and fascinating museums. Three air conditioned bedrooms, all with mosquito screens on the windows, 1 double with ensuite and direct access to the patio and pool area, 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom with shower and another toilet/cloakroom. Upstairs there is a utility room with a sink, fridge and washing machine, leading to a large roof terrace with a pool table, dart board and lovely views of the sea and mountains.
The Villa has its own fabulous 9m x 4.5m outdoor swimming pool with a partly shaded patio area with sun loungers and patio furniture. There is also a barbeque at the corner of the garden and another on the roof.
The Villa is on a small estate of fourteen houses, we would advise you to hire a car, due to its quiet and tranquil position.

Guzelyali Villa is located in the village Guzelyali, near Kyrenia in Northern Cyprus. If a car is required, the villa owner can assist in arranging this, and your pickup from the Airport.
