Area activities: Ideally situated for the beautiful beaches of Cardigan Bay, unspoilt West Wales countryside and bay wildlife. Outdoor activities include sailing, canoeing, walking, bird watching, golfing, swimming and even dry slope skiing.

Sleeping accommodation upstairs includes one double bedroom (with further space for cot or single bed), plus a small bedroom. The small bedroom is most suitable for children in bunk beds, but can sleep adults in a single or double bed (this latter arrangement is cosy but tight!). There are a number of bed configurations available (single, double, bunk) on request, as well as a comfy futon in the sitting room.
Outside living areas: At the rear French doors lead to a private sun terrace overlooking a paddock, with outdoor table and chairs; at the front, a porch with table and chairs overlooking the lawn and garden.
