Glenahuil in Argyll, Scotland is an isolated, detached stone house on a fifty acre working farm. From its site at the top of a 3/4 mile track, just south of several miles of forest, it affords spectacular views over the islands of Arran and Bute.
There are five miles of forest to the north, where the picturesque village of Tighnabruaich is home to a sailing school, an art gallery with summer painting classes, four hotels/pubs and a restaurant (where one can find gourmet food), a 9-hole golf course, and from where one can arrange deep-sea or fresh water fishing. This property makes an ideal base from which to explore this lovely part of Scotland.

The bathroom and shower room are also on the ground floor with an electric ceramic tiled shower. The house has a private water supply from a well in the forest at the back of the house. Upstairs, there are 3 double bedrooms, with 2 double beds and 3 singles in the end room.
There is ample on site parking. Dogs are welcome at this property and should be kept on a lead around sheep/cattle.

To reach Glenahuil in Argyll, Scotland, there are two routes from Glasgow: 90 miles by road beside Loch Lomond, over the beautiful Rest and Be Thankful Pass, to Loch Fyne, or 50 miles by ferry and single track road around Loch Striven to the head of Loch Riddon.
