The property is comfortably furnished with partial sea views from all rooms, except the kitchen and shower room. Fitted fully equipped kitchen with microwave, full electric oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Dining area with table chairs and antique dresser. Large living room with french doors leading onto terrace. 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and twin aspect and 1 with a double and single beds. Shower room with vanity unit, w.c., shower and separate w.c.
There is access to the front lawn and terrace via two French doors and an outside eating area with barbecue.

The Garden Apartment in France is located on the coastal headland road which links Royan to St. Georges de Didonne. Upon confirming booking, the owner will supply detailed directions and a map of how to locate the property. Please note, if coming from Saintes do not turn off for St Georges when you arrive at Medis traffic lights, this route will lead you to the wrong side of town. If guests do get lost, telephone the owners and they will find you!
