Florida Villa Cadabra in Florida is ideally located for many attractions, all within a thirty minute drive of the property. The Villa is close to a Publix supermarket and a variety of restaurants, to suit all tastes, can be found within a five minute drive.
Walt Disney World Resort, which includes The Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom and M.G.M. parks are all a fifteen minute drive away. For a more relaxing day why not visit Sea World/Discovery Cove, and for the best water slides in Orlando go to Wet 'n' Wild on International Drive, or Disney's own Water Parks. Florida Mall has over 250 specialised stores to choose from.
Designer clothes can be purchased at the Premium or Prime (formerly known as Belz) Outlets on International Drive. The night owls can party the night away at Universal Studios' City Walk or Downtown Disney.
The Davenport/Kissimmee area is a golfer's paradise. Championsgate Golf Club is home to two unique 18 hole golf courses which were designed by Greg Norman. David Leadbetter's golf academy is situated within Championsgate. Championsgate is only three minutes from drive from the villa. Numerous other golf courses are situated within the area.
The Gulf Coast beaches can also be reached in about ninety minutes while, to the east, Cocoa Beach and the Kennedy Space Centre on the Atlantic Coast can be reached in about sixty minutes.
Florida Villa Cadabra in Florida is a fully equipped, luxury, four bedroom, three bathroom property to accommodate ten guests. This impressive air conditioned villa with private pool, built within a gated community, is set in the Hamlet@Westhaven area of Davenport.
Accommodation: Spacious lounge with high quality furniture and fittings is fully equipped with tv, dvd and cd/radio and a queen size sofa bed. Fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and a full size oven and hob, microwave oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils. In addition, the kitchen has adjacent dining and nook areas. The utility room houses a washing machine and drier, adjacent to the utility room is a double garage which has been converted to a games room. The master king size bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower cubicle, television and walk-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, television, a double built-in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with shower. It has access to the pool deck area. Bedroom three has two twin beds, single built-in wardrobe and tv/dvd. Bedroom four has twin beds, with a double built-in wardrobe, tv and Nintendo GameCube console. Bedrooms three and four share the third bathroom, which has a shower and bath facilities.
The garage has been converted into a games room with an 8ft x 4ft billiard table, electronic dartboard and a football game for you to practice your skills on. There is also a card table with four chairs, a king-size checkers/draughts set and various popular board games.
The private swimming pool, which is fully screened, has a west-facing patio and security fence to guard against young children wandering to the pool unattended. Pool furniture is also provided. Pool heating is advised during the months from October and April inclusive.
A community pool and children's play area can also be found at the entrance to Hamlet.

To reach Florida Villa Cadabra in the Hamlet@Westhaven area of Davenport, Florida from Orlando International Airport, exit onto State Road 417 heading towards Disney/Attractions (have some $ available for tolls). State Road 417 will end at I-4. Continue West on I-4 and exit at Junction #58. Turn right towards Champions Gate. Continue through Champions Gate until the road ends at Ronald Reagan Parkway. Turn right and Westhaven will be approx. one mile on your left.
