Finca La Hometa "the small home" stands just 5km from the inland town of Jijona in the province of Alicante on the Costa Blanca, Spain.
The magnificent beaches of San Juan and el Campello are just a short fifteen minute drive away, with over 7km of pure sandy beach and safe swimming. Campello town, has a pedestrian promenade that is 1.6km in length offering a wealth of tapas bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, shops and the sea.
Add quad biking at Busot, the largest theme park in Europe, Terra Mitica, the water park of Aqualandia and the marina, castle, bars and restaurants at Alicante and you will see why the Finca and its location has so much to offer everyone.
Golf Bonalba, one of the championship golf courses on the Costa Blanca, is only a ten minute drive from the property. Guests please be aware this is a very rural property and provisions should be bought and taken with you. A car is essential at this rural Finca.

Accommodation: There is a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room together with an outside covered terrace, which is particularly useful for eating 'al fresco'. There are two double bedrooms and a third bedroom with two full size single beds. There is also a spare bed in the lounge area, if an extra bed is needed.

The house, of approximately 140 sq. mtrs., including the covered terrace, stands on over 4,000 sq. mtrs. of flat land. In the garden there are figs, almonds, lemons, oranges, olives and tangerines. There is also an unfenced outdoor swimming pool on site for cooling down on those warm summer days.
