Ferienhaus "Waltraud" Am Timmeler Meer is located in Timmel, Germany. Timmel is surrounded by many canals and waterways, which makes it a paradise for sailing and fishing enthusiasts. It also has a child friendly beach, as well as all the waterways. Timmel and surrounding areas are perfect for walking and there is also a riding school nearby. Nearby can be found the old harbour town of Leer 15km and Aurich 12km from Timmel. The north sea coast is thirty minutes away by car and a day trip to the East Friesian islands is always popular.

This property makes an ideal base for exploring this lovely area of Lower Saxony.

Ferienhaus "Waltraud" Am Timmeler Meer in Germany is a lovely property in a private beach front location with bathing platform. The house can accommodate four guests in comfort.

The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with a washing machine, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The comfortable lounge has a television, cd player, radio and music centre. In addition to the two double bedrooms, there are three bathrooms with showers and separate wcs.

On site is a lovely garden with garden furniture, terrace and barbecue. There are also bicycles at the property for guests to use.
This property will only sleep 4 people from October 2009 onwards.
