El Presidente Penthouse between San Pedro and Estepona, Spain is a beach front, quiet estate of white luxury apartments and villas in the ornate Moorish Andalucian style, set in exceptional park-like tropical grounds of palm trees and lawns with five pools, one heated in cooler months.
Close to the apartment you will find a beach, golf, shopping areas and restaurants. For children there are lovely play areas with swings, slides, see-saws and climbing-frames, plus a football pitch.
Ten minutes by car from the apartment, is Puerto Banus, based around a harbour full of the world’s most exotic yachts, the waterfront lined with lively restaurants and bars. The town is renowned for its nightlife, and you can even do your shopping up to 2am.
Within day trip range are Seville, Cordoba, Jerez, Cadiz, Gibraltar, Malaga and Nerja, and with an overnight stay, even winter skiing in the Sierra Nevada mountains. A 45 minute drive and an hour on the ferry even takes you to Morocco’s Tangier in North Africa. A car is advisable to fully explore all this lovely part of the Costa Del Sol has to offer guests.

This fully equipped, air conditioned property is able to accommodate up to six guests.
Accommodation includes 2 bedrooms; 1 double and 1 twin each with ensuite facilities and also 2 separate wcs. The comfortably furnished large lounge area includes satellite tv, music system and a double sofa bed. The dining area is able to seat up to six guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. Cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils are all provided, as are linen and towels.
The Apartment has access to shared south facing swimming pools, south facing garden, south facing patio area, east facing balcony and panoramic sea views. There is ample parking, with the outside areas of the property having external lighting. Unfortunately this property is not suitable for disabled or elderly guests. On site there are four tennis courts, five paddle (short) tennis courts, and for golfers, a practice driving range set in the woods beside the apartment.
