Dreamcatcher is located in Calabay Parc, Florida just 10-12 minutes from Disney's main gate offering all the Disney attractions and just two minutes from Interstate 4, which takes you non stop to Disney and directly to Seaworld, Universal Studios and all other major attractions. Beautiful Calabay Parc is a stylish, executive community set in the peaceful surroundings of pine trees and nature reserves.
Just three minutes in the opposite direction will take you to the US192, which abounds with restaurants from all four corners of the world.
This is also a golfers’ paradise with numerous championship Golf Courses including the famous Greg Norman’s Champions Gate and Re-Union only minutes away.
Dreamcatcher - Florida is a beautiful four bedroom, three bathroom executive home situated on the immaculately maintained prestigious development of Calabay Parc, rated as one of the top three developments in the Orlando area. This stunning property is able to accommodate up to eight guests.
Accommodation includes a spacious lounge, which overlooks the pool and spa, with Cable TV, DVD/VCR & CD player. Fully equipped luxury kitchen including cooker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal and large American-style fridge/freezer with automatic ice-maker plus all kitchen utensils. Two spacious and exquisitely furnished ensuite master bedrooms each with King-sized beds, ceiling fans and large wardrobes. The master ensuite has a large Roman bath tub, large walk-in shower and twin bowl vanity unit. To fully compliment these two beautiful rooms there is direct access to the pool deck and spa There is also one twin-bedded and a further double bedded room, both with wardrobes. These rooms have a shared bathroom/shower. The Utility Room, which leads off the garage, has a large washer and dryer plus iron and ironing board.
The swimming pool and spa area, which is south/west facing, benefits from all day sunshine, is fully screened with four comfortable sun loungers and outside dining for six guests. There are three sets of patio doors leading to the pool side, one from each master bedroom and one from the lounge. There's a covered lanai to give you vital shade in the heat of the summer.
There is a friendly, helpful management company on hand, available at any time should guests need assistance.

To reach Dreamcatcher - Florida, from Orlando International Airport take the 528 Beeline Expressway (tolled road) West towards Seaworld/Orlando. Take Interstate 4, West towards Tampa/Disney World. Stay on Interstate 4; pass all the exits for Disney. Get off at Junction 55 (old Jct. 23); follow signs for Highway 27 North (Clermont).
Once on Highway 27, Calabay Parc is 2.5 miles on the left. Further details available from the property owner upon confirmation of the booking.
