Property Location: Del Puerto Mar Menor on the Costa Calida in Spain overlooks the vast new marina and is only a five minute walk from lovely sandy beaches. This property makes the perfect base for a wonderful relaxing holiday.
Distance from town: The property is located just 1km from the new marina with numerous bars, restaurants and many leisure activities.
Area activities: Sailing, golfing, cycling, scuba diving, quad bike, horse riding, jet ski hire, go karting and tennis are just a few of the things available. Or if you prefer, days can just be spent on one of the many nearby beaches. A great holiday destination for all.

The apartment has wheelchair ramps from the car parking area direct to the apartment block. Doors are wide enough for wheelchairs and a lift can take you directly to this first floor apartment.
