Property Location: Cottage 1 is situated in Cullen in the north east of Scotland. The property is right at the harbour, in the small village of Cullen on the Moray Firth.
Distance from town: Cullen itself has a variety of restaurants, tea houses, a supermarket, butcher, ice cream shop, pubs and fantastic sandy beach and golf course. Aberdeen and Inverness are both one and a half hours away by car. Buckie town is seven miles drive and has a larger range of shops and supermarkets. The nearby town of Keith has a train station and Banff is a twenty five minute drive.
Area activities: This property makes a perfect base for scenic coastal walks and cycle rides. Cullen is a beautiful former fishing village with a golf course, tennis courts and lovely beaches. Fishing and dolphin watching boat trips are available locally. A car is essential to fully explore all this lovely area has to offer guests.

Principle rooms: Large pleasant fully equipped dining kitchen. Wet room with power shower. Small single bedroom downstairs. Upstairs two large bedrooms one with a double bed, one with two single beds and a seating area with TV.
Outside living areas: There is a large flagstone patio to the front of the property with a bench seat, beyond is the sea!

Cottage 1 is located on Portlong Road, Cullen, Moray, North East Scotland, only a five minute walk from the village square. Proceed downhill, pass under the viaduct and take a right turn downhill as the road curves sharply left. You will see the harbour at the bottom of this road, keeping the sea on your left, continue past the harbour, you will see stone built cottage on the left.
