Shared facilities include a laundry room charges apply, freezer, use of the heated swimming pool, timetabled so each cottage has private use nearly every day, plus shared time daily. Approximately 4 miles north of Wroxham branch left, signposted to Smallburgh/Dilham. Take this road for 1km (5/8 mile) until the first cross roads, signed Tunstead, turn left. Remain on this road and after 1.6km (1 mile) Old Farm Cottages are on your left. If following Satellite Navigation you may find yourself at Tunstead Church - if so turn right at the crossroads with the church on your left (signposted to SMALLBURGH).
