Cesme Villa is a luxury self catering holiday property situated in the picturesque fishing village of Ciftlikkoy, overlooking the Aegean Sea on Turkey's west coast. Only a few steps away from the beaches and restaurants, the Villa provides the ideal base to relax and experience the real Turkey, with the comforts of home.
Close to the Villa you will find a beach, swimming, waterskiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, scuba diving, historic sites, shopping areas, a restaurant and a food shop. The Villa is only 100meters from the sea. Locals do get into the sea to swim from the road here, and just another 100m into the village is the village beach, which is a mix of sand and pebbles.
Just 3km from the villa is Pirlanta beach, which is quite a large, wide white sand beach. Around 5/6 km from the villa are a series of golden sand beaches, which are beautiful. All of these local beaches are good for swimming, if the sea is too rough at one, it will be calmer at the others on the other side of the peninsula.
There are plenty of opportunities to take up the new sport of kite surfing at nearby beaches. The famous windsurf and kite surfing schools of Alachati are within a twenty minute drive from the Villa.
Cesme Villa in Ciftlikkoy, Turkey is a stunning three bedroom, two bathroom property to accommodate up to six guests. The Villa is located in a very quiet area, with a garden, patio area, balcony and sea views.
Accommodation: Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, four slice toaster and twelve place dinner setting. The open plan lounge/dining room is comfortably furnished, there is a television, DVD Player, Satellite TV, a selection of books, games and movies to suit all ages, a stereo with CD, tape cassette and radio. All three bedrooms, one double and two twin rooms, have comfortable beds with quality mattresses and crisp white cotton sheets. When the temperature rises, all the bedrooms are cooled by a three speed fan, and have heavy net curtains and shutters. The Villa also has two bathrooms.
Doors from the lounge lead to the covered terrace, where there is garden furniture and a large roof terrace with wonderful sea views. There is also a balcony off the main bedroom, perfect for breakfasting or a quiet evening drink.
