Casares del Sol is a perfect location for golfing, family and sightseeing holidays. Golfers will benefit from the five established courses, including Finca Cortesin, the home of the Volvo World Matchplay and Dona Julia that are within a few minutes drive of the complex whilst Casares Golf is within easy walking distance.
A short drive and you will find the towns of Sabinillas, Manilva, Puerto de la Duquesa and the luxury marina of Sotogrande close to Gibraltar and it’s duty free shopping. This property makes an ideal base for the keen golfer, a car being essential to fully explore the area.

The lounge is luxuriously furnished, with TV & DVD with freeview UK channels. There is a large sofa and a dining table to seat six. Patio doors lead to the terrace, equipped with a table and chairs and overlooking the gardens with views towards the hills and valley. The master bedroom consists of a double bed which can unzip to form two singles, fitted wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds also with fitted wardrobes. There is also an additional shower room and wc. The fully equipped modern kitchen has a breakfast bar, dishwasher, toaster and all mod cons. A separate utility room houses the washing machine. The apartment is located in a secure gated community. There is easy access for a wheelchair although the apartment itself is not equipped for the disabled.
On site facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, children's pool and lovely gardens.
