Casa Lazy Day is located at Villamartin on the Costa Blanca, Spain and is without a doubt one of the finest golf and residential areas on the whole of the Costa Blanca. It's situated 5km from Torrevieja town centre and is located close to several blue flag beaches. This lovely area is popular with golfers and non-golfers alike.
Torrevieja is just a short drive away, where you can enjoy shopping, a large street market, evening street stalls, a marina, yacht club plus many cafes, bars and restaurants. For the children there is a Tivoli (fun fair), Aqua Park (open in the summer months) and go karting. Torrevieja has miles of beautiful beaches on which many watersports can be found, there are also churches and museums. A car is not necessary, but useful.
There are many restaurants in and around the area offering international cuisine. There are several bars, shops and restaurants within a ten minute walk of the Villa. Villamartin and Los Dolses are both very close by and offer an excellent choice. La Regia, also close by has two top class restaurants. Along the coastal road you will find many bars, and restaurants offering Chinese, Indian, Norwegian, German, Mexican, Spanish and English food. The Spanish are fond of their open air markets and it is possible to visit one every day of the week. Many bargains can be found and are definitely worth a visit especially for leather goods, rugs and souvenirs. Less than three minutes walk from the Villa you can walk amongst the local countryside side and enjoy the orange and lemon groves, almond trees and herbs that grow wild.
There are three Blue flag beaches only minutes away by car and due to the wonderful climate all year round the Costa Blanca enjoys over 320 days of sunshine annually.
The famous championship golf course at Villamartin is less than five minutes drive away, as is the beautiful course of Campoamar. If you are planning to play golf during your visit, it is strongly advisable to pre-book your tee-times to avoid disappointment!

This south facing Villa has the sun from morning until the evening - the garden terrace provides shade from the midday sun. This home overlooks a very clean and sunny communal outdoor swimming pool, and the solarium has a sea view beyond Villamartin golf course.
