Property Location: Casa Dawn in Spain is located on a popular urbanisation, close to the town and beaches. It is about two miles from the town centre and one mile from the nearest beach.
Distance from town: Tres Cales is the largest urbanisation in Ametlla De Mar. It is on the coast, so there are several lovely beaches within a couple of minutes drive form the Villa. There is a Commerical Centre on the urbanisation, with shops and restaurants, but it is only a few minutes drive into the village of Ametlla, which is a very traditional Spanish fishing village. The focus is the lovely fishing harbour around which there are plenty of bars, shops and restaurants. There is also a charming old town with interesting architecture.
Area activities: This lovely property makes a perfect base to relax in the sun, or explore the local village, where there is a good selection of bars, shops and restaurants.
