This picturesque villa is located in a quiet road in the up-market area of Costa Calma, approximately ten minutes walk from the beautiful beach. This villa is within walking distance of a selection of shops, restaurants and bars.
The area is known locally as ‘Beverley Hills’ because of its’ exclusive houses and location overlooking the entire Bay. Beverley Hills Heights is spectacularly located in an elevated position, with sea views and having mature palm tree gardens and traditional whitewashed walls. The private swimming pool is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy this tranquil setting.
The villa apartment is fully equipped for 6 people - 2 bedrooms comfortably sleep 4 people with a sofa-bed to accommodate a further 2 people.
It is set on one level, offering tastefully furnished accommodation and features two twin bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower.
