Babes Cottage is located in a tranquil setting, ideal for those seeking a peaceful holiday in the countryside, with miles of beautiful country walks, yet only two miles from Perranporth with its large sandy surfing beach and Golf Course. The Cottage has delightful panoramic views over undulating countryside. It is situated at the end of a quiet unmade lane, yet within easy reach of Goonhavern Village which offers local amenities including a Post Office, General Store and Public House.
The surfing beaches of Newquay and its Golf Course are seven miles away and the Cathedral City of Truro is only nine miles. The Eden Project is approximately twenty miles. This is an excellent location for touring the whole of Cornwall.
Babes Cottage in Cornwall offers charming characterful accommodation, having been the subject of complete restoration and transformation from period farm buildings. This one bedroom property is able to accommodate up to four guests with the use of a sofa bed and offers comfortable split level accommodation with beamed ceilings to the lounge area and original stone walls. The property is all on the ground floor, with open plan lounge/dining room with three steps to the kitchen and bedroom area. There is a sofa bed in the lounge, one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower over the bath, toilet and basin.
The Cottage has ample parking, shared grounds and woodland. In addition to the gardens, there is also a large recreation area with barbecue facilities. Pets are welcome, but must be kept under control at all times.

Babes Cottage is located close to Goonhavern near Perranporth, Cornwall. Free transport can be arranged from Truro Railway Station or Newquay Airport on request. Further details will be provided by the property owner on confirmation of the booking.
