Property Location: Arler House is located just fifteen minutes from Disney World in Florida. It is sited on a conservation lot overlooking wet land.
Distance from town: The Villa is one mile to the north of the busy 198 where there is ample shopping and dining. The nearest Wal-Mart superstore is one mile away.
Area activities: The Villa is within easy reach of all Disney World amenities. Universal Studios is a forty minute drive and Seaworld is only thirty minutes away. Major Shopping outlets are within thirty minutes.
Style of property: This modern villa was constructed in 2001 and has been maintained to a high standard. The spacious accommodation is all on one floor. The rear rooms overlook the private pool area.
Furnishings & decorations: The villa is very comfortably furnished with modern attractive furniture. One of the living areas has a new set of leather sofas.
Outlook & views: The very private rear of the property looks out on wet land. Birds come to feed in the morning and evening. In the summer balloons regularly fly over the property early in the morning.
Principle rooms: Two living/dining areas. Kitchen with full range of appliances. Two master bedrooms each with ensuite facilities. Two further double bedrooms share a bathroom. All rooms have cable TV.
Outside living areas: Sliding glass doors at the rear of the villa open out to a south facing private pool and spa area and small garden beyond. The pool is not overlooked by other properties. The covered linai has a table, seating for four and two sun loungers. There is more garden furniture in the garage. The rear of the property faces a conservation area of wetland.
Pool heating is optional and is available at £100 per week

On leaving Orlando International Airport take the Beeline Express, Route 528 heading west towards Orlando and Tampa. This is a toll road and you will pass through one or two toll booths depending on which car hire depot you are starting from. Each toll is less than $1.00 but you don’t need to worry about the exact change as there is always a change lane. At exit 28 take the Interstate highway route I4 west signposted Tampa. You will be on this road for a few miles until you reach Junction 64B, signposted for Disney. Do not take Junction 67, two miles before the 64B which is also signposted for Disney. At Junction 64B, leave the I4 following signs for Highway 192 West and Disney. Once onto Highway 192 West move promptly into the outside left lane of the four. You need to get into this lane as all three inside lanes sweep into the Disney complex taking you off your route. Stay on the 192 heading west passing through a 45 mph area. After a couple of miles you will pass the Orange Lake Country Club entrance on your right. Continuing heading west on the 192. You will need to be in the right lane for your next turn off. You will eventually come to the end of the 192 and it splits into two choices, The highway 27 North or the Highway 27 South. You need the Highway 27 North only accessible from the right lane of the 192. Travelling North on the highway 27 go straight on at the first set of lights which are situated alongside a Wal-Mart store on you’re right. Continue to the next set of lights and turn right. You will now be in Woodridge and will pass a sign saying Woodridge on your left. Continue on this road passing many houses. You will pass a sign for Clear Creek on your right at the side of the road. Clear Creek Circle is the second on the right after the sign.
