APPLETREE COTTAGE Recently built in traditional style, this charming black and white cottage with wonderful country and mountain views is only a 150 yards from the heart of Aberfeldy yet its mature garden setting provides peace and perfect tranquillity for superior self catering holidays in Perthshire, Scotland. Ideal for a romantic break.
The cottage is tastefully decorated and furnished to a very high standard with co-ordinating fabrics throughout. The living/dining room has a pine mantle with living flame fire, TV and video (with library) and a curved pine feature staircase. French doors lead to Victorian conservatory and outside to secluded patio/garden area with barbeque and garden furniture.
There is a fully fitted pine kitchen with fully integrated appliances including fridge /freezer, dishwasher, washer/drier, electric oven, ceramic hob and microwave. The ground floor bathroom has a very large shower cubicle and corner bath.

In addition the house contains a radio/cassette/CD player, a book library, games, payphone, iron and board, cot and highchair. Duvets with linen are provided and ample towels are available. One well behaved pet welcome and babysitting can be arranged. The garden is large and secure and car-parking area is private. The house has barrier free access for wheelchairs. Local shops, pubs and restaurants can be easily accessed via a short level 150-yard walk.

Take the A9 north from Perth to the A827 turnoff at Ballinluig. Travel 10 miles due west along the A827 into the centre of Aberfeldy.
