A few minutes walk from the apartment is the central square which has a number of bars, a bank, post office, hardware/grocery store and town hall. The main street has a garden centre, pharmacy, bar, internet café, restaurant serving local dishes, electrical store and tobacco shop.
South of the complex is a large municipal park where there is a bar, a play area for children, ball and Football Park and communal swimming pool.
Nearby La Finca is an amazing golfing oasis in the picturesque rural surroundings of Algorfa. It is now one of the most prestigious golf courses in Spain. Designed to host top tournaments, La Finca has the greatest variety of greens of any course on the Costa Blanca.

The apartment has a fantastic balcony area where you can sit and watch the sunset with a glass of wine and enjoy the panoramic views of the gothic church and orange groves. There is also a communal roof terrace, where you can sunbathe in the afternoon sun.

To reach La Finca Apartment on the Costa Blanca, Spain once you arrive at Alicante Airport, you will either need to take the AP-7 to Torrevieja or the N332 to Guardamar, either route is easy to drive and will take approximately 30 minutes.
