Property Location: Set in the heart of one of the most idyllic Spanish complexes, Con Amor is located in a quiet location close to the heart of the popular destinations of Teulada and Moraira, on Spain’s glorious Costa Blanca. The location of the property means that no car is required to enjoy everything this part of the coast has to offer, with everything the traveller could possible require within a short walking distance.
Distance from town: The nearest train station at Teulada, being only a five minute walk, linking the whole coast. The blue flag beaches and a fantastic selection of shops and restaurants at Moraira are only a five minute drive from the apartment.
Area activities: Moraira is situated in the beautiful mountainous area of the Costa Blanca, and lies in a bay, on the south eastern coast of Spain, between the larger resorts of Javea and Calpe. The surrounding area has a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, with beautiful and unspoilt scenery and many small villages to explore. There are also some larger resorts nearby that are easily reached by car that are well worth visiting: Javea, Calpe, Denia and Altea are all within 15km, while Benidorm is about 30km away.
