Apartment 1D Gladiolo on the Costa del Sol, Spain is located on a peaceful residential complex in the hills above Benalmadena, just a ten minute drive to Fuengirola, Torremolinos and Benalmadena. Benalmadena Pueblo is approx 1.5 miles away, a very pretty old white village. Arroyo de la Miel is the nearest large town with excellent shopping, weekly market, restaurants, bars, nightclubs and a train station. There are also a number of excellent golf courses within easy reach of the property.
This property makes an ideal base for exploring this lovely part of the Costa del Sol with fantastic beaches, watersports and theme parks available nearby. A car would be recommended.
Apartment 1D Gladiolo near Benalmadena, Spain is a lovely one bedroom, first floor apartment to accommodate two to four guests. The apartment overlooks swimming pools and gardens with distant sea views. The accommodation comprises of a bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobe and plenty of storage space. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, wash basin and wc. The small kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, electric oven with ceramic hob, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. The lounge/dining area has a full size double sofa bed, colour television with sky satellite system, video and dvd player. Heating is by electric oil fired radiators. There is a large terrace/balcony area overlooking the pools and gardens with sunbeds, lounger chairs, patio table and chairs.
On site there is a Leisure Club including indoor/outdoor swimming pools and spa, a restaurant and supermarket. There is a lift to the apartment and private parking in the garage below. The complex is very quiet and not ideally suited to children, it is a very peaceful relaxing place, although there are lots of activities for children close by.
