3 Grisedale Close in Cumbria is located in a quiet residential area of the bustling town of Keswick, within easy walking distance of the town centre. It is an ideal base for exploring this beautiful area of mountains and lakes, with many tourist attractions.

Keswick is a great base from which to explore the Lakes, learn the literary past of Coleridge, Wordsworth, Southey and of course Beatrix Potter, visit stately homes and gardens or go further a field - Hadrian's Wall is easily explored from here and is a popular destination. It has lovely parks, museums, tennis courts, bowling greens, pitch and putt, an excellent theatre, cinema, a climbing wall, leisure pool and mountain bike hire. Watersports can be arranged from several venues on Derwentwater and there are numerous other organisations who will take you on the fells, anything from an easy walk to rock climbing or paragliding. There are several good golf courses in the area. A car is essential to fully explore this lovely area.

Accommodation includes a master double bedroom with colour tv and a second bedroom equipped with 3 ft bunk beds. The comfortable lounge/diner has a colour television, dvd player and electric fire. The well equipped kitchen includes quality wooden units, an electric oven and hob with extractor fan, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom has a bath with power shower over, toilet and basin.

There is also a garage, off street parking and gardens to both the front and rear with a patio furnished with a picnic table. The bungalow is on an elevated site with views over the rooftops of Keswick. Views from the west extend from Catbells over to Skiddaw and the Bassenthwaite Valley.

Your dog is welcome provided it is never left in the bungalow unattended and that you are careful not to allow it onto the beds or furniture. You must ensure there is no evidence of your pet in the bungalow or outside when you vacate the property.

3 Grisedale Close is situated in Keswick, Cumbria. Travelling west towards Keswick from Penrith on the A66 take the first turning left signed to Keswick. Turn right at the junction with the A591 from Ambleside and head downhill past the Twa Dogs public house and continue on until you have passed the Fire Station. Turn left into Blencathra Street which bends to the right after 50 yards. Just past the right bend turn left into Skiddaw Street, past the Convention Centre and go up the small rise. Grisedale Close is the first turning on the right half was up the rise and No. 3 is the second bungalow on the left hand side.
