Distance from town: Anstruther has a range of shops, bars and restaurants and is within fifteen minutes drive of the lovely town of St. Andrews. In Anstruther you can stroll along the picturesque seafront and around the harbour, visit the Scottish Fisheries Museum, take a boat out to the Isle of May for fantastic views and the chance to see a variety of wildlife or try some fresh fish and chips from the many seafront restaurants including 'Britain's Best Chip Shop 2009'.

Area activities: Exploring the harbours and seafronts of the picturesque East Neuk fishing villages of Crail, Pittenweem and St. Monans. Discovering the historic university town of St Andrews, famous the world over for being the home of golf.
