Property Location: 12 Summer Apartments at Calis Beach in Turkey is ideally located only 200 metres from the seashore. Calis Beach is famous for the best sunsets in the Med. and the Caretta turtles that lay their eggs on the beach.
Distance from town: 0.5km from Calis centre, with a Dolmus bus stop and supermarket next to the complex. The apartment is a fifteen minute bus ride or a ten minute car ride into Fethiye town, and only 200 metres from the beach and the promenade, with its bars and restaurants.
Area activities: The property is on a private walled and gated complex with an outdoor swimming pool/kids splash pool, surrounded with sun loungers, sun umbrellas and landscaped gardens. Close by guests will find a Watersports School and Aqua Park. It is worth hiring a car if you wish to explore the numerous beautiful beaches and historic sites slightly further afield than Çalis or Fethiye. Alternatively, boat and coach based excursions can be purchased along Çalis sea front to these same destinations and are very reasonably priced.

Double bedroom and twin bedroom with plenty of storage space. Bathroom. Marble staircase to master suite with ensuite bathroom, dining area, kingsize double bed, kitchen with oven and hob, roof terrace. The property also has the benefit of remote controlled air conditioning.
Outside living areas: Private roof terrace with room for sunbathing, and complete privacy. Lower floor main balcony runs the length of the apartment, covered at one end, with dining table, the other side open with seating. The double bedroom also has its own balcony. On site there are landscaped gardens, a large outdoor swimming pool and a kids splash pool. Sun loungers, four of which are clearly marked for the private use of apartment 12 guests only and sun umbrellas line the swimming pool area.

To reach 12 Summer Apartments at Calis Beach in Turkey, follow the D400 motorway from Dalaman Airport towards Fethiye and Antalya. Pass through the toll tunnel 3YTL and continue. Once past Ciflik look out for a signpost to the left for Calis Plaji. Turn left and follow the road to a roundabout, then turn right. Follow the twisty road for 0.25 of a mile and you will see Summer Apartments on the left, after about forty minutes. The property is managed locally and the owners provide a full meet and greet service and a 24 hour telephone number, should you need assistance with any aspect of your stay. The owners can also organise transfers to and from the airport, provide bicycle hire and a welcome pack, at a small extra charge.
