We were delighted with our apartment - Acuario 13a. Two bed apartment with private garden - extremely well equipped-in & out. Very clean. No air conditioning but had roof fans - we never had cause to use them.The lack of air conditioning may be an issue in the summer. 2 electric heaters & blankets were available. TV (inc. BBC1 & ITV); DVD, video CD player. No washing machine but one available in reception for use - free- if wanted. Our apartment was near to a pool-meant to be heated but was still chilly. Beach towels were available for use - a refundable deposit was required.Having read a variety of reviews before we went noise appeared to be a problem - we didn't experience this as we had no one up above us moving around on the marble floors. Consideration to your neighbours was addressed at the welcome meeting (very informative and well worth attending) in the information pack in the apartment. Noise from the main road was another problem referred to in some of the reviews I read. We were far enough away from the road that this wasn't a problem for us. where you will find aerial images of the apartments. This will allow you to pinpoint perhaps request a specific one / one far enough away from the road. A large majority of the apartments in that area had a main road in front or behind them. The road is not just an issue at Club Bena Vista. A walkway across the road a few mins walk took you to a beach - slightly shingly. Better beaches at Marbella Puerto Banus. A great base for seeing Andalucia.We visited Marbella; Puerta Banus; Ronda; Gibraltar; Seville; Granada &Malaga; thoroughly enjoyed them all.If you don't have a hire car reception will be happy to book trips to the different places in the area. Plenty of information in the apartments on places to visit.
