What a disaster. We arrived and were put in a different number room to the one specified on our confirmation, weren't too worried by that but:
There was a shredder toilet in the room which made a dreadful noise whenever anyone in the 3 'cottages' used it - even in the middle of the night!
There was a kitchenette with eating facilities, table, plates but nowhere to wash up so you had to use the sink in the bathroom.
We went out for the day and came back to find the front door open, left that way by the cleaners.
For our last two days there was only very hot water coming from both taps in the bath and sink which meant there was no cold water for drinking, but more difficult to solve you could not have a shower. There were no spare rooms available to change to so they offered us a place to go and shower, my husband used it and I ran a bath and waited for over an hour for it to be cool enough to get into.
Not a successful swap for us.
