This is a well equipped and furnished apartment in Art Deco style. It is very suitable for a reasonably fit and mobile couple but the spiral staircase and outside steps would be beyond anyone with a physical disability. It is well located for the shops and local restaurants and for exploring the surrounding towns and countryside. The apartment has no outside views and tends to be dark due to the adjacent trees. This means that lights are necessary all day. It has a very comfortable sitting area and the TV and sound system are splendid! There is a very comfortable bed and an excellent bathroom and shower. The kitchen is modern and very well equipped. There is no outside garden area to sit in. It does not have a car parking space.
