Yucca Park Apartment is located on the Yucca Park Resort in the lovely area of Fanabe, the classier part of Tenerife, while only a short walk to many facilities. There are numerous bars and restaurants nearby, whilst remaining quieter than central Las Americas. The nearest bus stop is less than 1km away, there is also a medical centre nearby. The long sandy beach and the twice weekly market is only a short walk from the apartment.
The Complex has the following facilities three swimming pools, including a children's pool. Poolside bar, with quiz nights and other events in the evenings. 24 hour security, laundry, rooftop solarium, pool tables, car hire facilities, squash courts, luggage room, 24 hour English Speaking Reception, Supermarket and Internet access in the Reception area.
Yucca Park Apartment on the Yucca Park Resort in Tenerife is a lovely property, which was redecorated in August 2007, with most of the white goods being replaced at this time.
The bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers, large fitted wardrobe containing security safe, reading lights, ceiling fan, dressing table with mirror and French windows to a small garden area. A hairdryer is also provided.
The living room contains a three seater sofa containing two single sofa beds, which can also be set as a double bed, 32" LCD TV with local TV and some limited satellite channels, DVD Player DivX compatible with a selection of DVDs, Hi-Fi System with a selection of audio CDs. Sideboard containing games, DVDs, audio CDs, ceiling fan, cupboard with ironing board, iron and mops, armchair and a breakfast bar to the kitchen. There is also a telephone which can be used for incoming calls. The kitchen is a fully fitted American style kitchen, comprising of four ring electric hob, electric oven, fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster and all crockery and utensils. The bathroom is fully fitted with a bath/shower, sink, wc, bidet and illuminated mirror/cabinet.
The lovely patio area has a table and four chairs.

Yucca Park Apartment is situated in Playa Fanabe, Tenerife. Leave the airport and take the Autopista del Sur/TF1 motorway towards Los Christianos for about 17km. Take Exit 30 towards Torviscas. Go down the hill, passing The Playa Olid on the left. Take first turn to the right toward Avenida de Ernesto Sarti. At the roundabout take the third exit onto Avenida de Bruselas, a dual carriageway. At the end of this road, turn left at the second exit on the roundabout onto Calle de Paris. Almost immediately turn left into Calle de Londres and Yucca Park is about 100m on the left hand side.
