Villa Sentinela is located just a few kilometres from the famous Black Sea town of Balchik and 7km from the well known resort of Albena. This elegant villa has a terrific location, just off the road linking both attractive destinations on the north coast.
The historic seaside resort of Balchik has a market and many restaurants, some of which are set on platforms over the lapping warm waters. Balchik is also a fishing port and has moorings for yachts.
Villa Sentinela in Bulgaria is a magnificent detached, fully air conditioned villa built in 2006/2007 to a high standard. It is surrounded by fruit trees and a well kept garden. The close proximity to Villa Jasmine and Villa Lilly, about 100m from each, gives a great opportunity for accommodating really large groups close to each other.
Villa Sentinela is set on two floors. The ground floor comprises of a comfortable living area with an open plan, fully equipped kitchen with oven, electric hob, extractor, refrigerator and microwave. There is also a dining area, lounge with TV and a shower room on the ground floor.
A staircase leads to the first floor, with 3 bedrooms, one twin bedroom and 2 double bedrooms, one of them ensuite. On this floor, is a second shower room.
A damage deposit is required of €200, payable on the arrival date and fully refundable on departure, if no damages are made to the property.
On site is a lovely outdoor swimming pool, garden and garden furniture with ample parking.
