The nearby historic seaside resort of Balchik has a market and many restaurants, some of which are set on platforms over the lapping warm waters. Balchik is also a fishing port and has moorings for yachts.

On the ground floor is a summer kitchen, a shower room and a room with a double bed. The washing machine is also located on this level and a wc.
On the first floor is the main fully equipped kitchen, with refrigerator, microwave, extractor, oven, toaster, kettle and a dining area for six guests. Also on this floor is the living room with cable television with DVD and a lounge area. The lovely terrace on this level, comes complete with garden furniture and sunbeds.
On the second floor are the bedrooms, one double room and one triple room, perfect for the children to be together.

A damage deposit is required of €200, payable on the arrival date and fully refundable on departure, if no damages are made to the property.
