The urbanisation of Villamartin has been designed to provide a relaxing atmosphere with many green areas, communal swimming pools and sea views. Within a short walk there are over 20 restaurants and bars, many providing local entertainment such as discos, and Flamenco Dancing Shows. Children will love a trip to the Aquaparks at Torrevieja and Quesada. There is an abundance of good restaurants and bars providing a lively nightlife in the town. There are five blue flag beaches within ten minutes of Villamartin. The beaches are plentiful and vary from vast expanses of sand to small pebble coves. Five of the safe white sandy beaches are proud to display the prestigious Blue Flag which is awarded by the EU for cleanliness and safety. The beaches along the coastline close to Villamartin are Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, and Campoamor. Sailing and scuba diving are without doubt two of the sports par excellence on the Costa Brava. You can take a boat ride to the island of Tabarca where scuba diving is a pleasure, or sail along the coast. Fishing trips and boat rides are available from the port of Torrevieja . If you're a golfer then what could be better than Villamartin? It’s a championship course and was host to the l994 Mediterranean Open. There are two other major courses within a very short drive; Las Ramblas and Campoamor. First class golf is available at all three but each course has a different character.
The apartment is brand new as of 2002 and comprises of a lounge/dining room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. There is a fabulous sun terrace on the roof which is the full size of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped and contains everything you need. The bedrooms comprise of 2 twin bedrooms. The bathroom has a bath/shower and vanity unit. Outdoors there is a large sun terrace with patio furniture, a communal pool and parking. The apartment will be cleaned before you arrive and after you leave. Pets are not allowed.
