Davenport is a small town located southwest of Orlando near Lake Tohopekaliga and Lake Marion. With its central location, surrounded by rolling hills and land that was once used for citrus growth, Davenport’s central location makes it a perfect spot to base your Florida vacation. Disney World is less than thirty minutes away from Davenport. It’s also just minutes to Epcot, Universal Studios, Seaworld of Orlando, Wet & Wild, Gatorland, and much, much more. If you want to visit the beach, Tampa and the Gulf Coast are only one hour away, and the Atlantic coast is even less. Lake Tohopekaliga, or Lake Toho, as it is known by most Floridians, offers fishing, boating, camping, hiking and other outdoor activities. Davenport is near numerous golf courses, supermarkets and other shopping and restaurants. The Villa Of Kings at Calabay Parc in Davenport, Florida, USA is a brand new top of the range luxury Villa with five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, a south facing extra large heated swimming pool with Jacuzzi on a premier lot, not overlooked. This newly built executive Villa has 3750 sq ft of living space, including a sun deck. The Villa is fully air conditioned and beautifully furnished throughout, it comprises of three master ensuite bedrooms, two with king-size beds and one with a queen-size bed.
There is a large open plan family lounge with Cable TV, DVD player with movies, CD Player and telephone. The lounge overlooks the pool area with patio doors leading to the sun deck. One of the sofas in the lounge is a king size sofa bed. There are two options for dining, the sumptuous, formal dining area, to comfortably seat eight guests, overlooking the pool which is served by the open plan, fully equipped kitchen. Alternatively, you may wish to eat outside, where there is ample patio furniture. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer with ice maker, large fan oven/grill and hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster, plus all cutlery, crockery and utensils. There is a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and iron and ironing board. A Games Room includes a full size pool table, table top football and electronic darts and many more games and toys.
The main master bedroom, which is downstairs, overlooks the pool area with doors out to the pool. There is a large walk in closet with enough hanging space for all you clothes. The main master bathroom has his n hers sinks, large corner tub and separate double shower and toilet. The second master bathroom has a double shower and toilet, the third master bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet. All linen and towels are included, there is a hairdryer in each bathroom and all bedrooms also have ceiling fans and cable TV. Two other twin bedrooms share their own private facilities and each have their own TVs with cable and DVDs. All bedrooms have spacious fitted wardrobes.
For the children, there is free use of a cot, highchair and pushchair, a stair gate and cot bedding is also provided. For your children’s safety there is a security fence provided and all doors to the pool area are fitted with safety alarms. The pool is very large at (30 x15ft), there is also a large heatable Jacuzzi with water cascade. The deck area has been extended and because it is south facing it enjoys the sun all day. Should you prefer there is also a shaded area under the lanai complete with ceiling fan. The pool can be lit at night, giving a relaxed atmosphere for you to enjoy whilst dining alfresco. Pool/Jacuzzi heating is available, for which there is an extra charge payable to the owner. The area is screened to provide a bug free environment and pool toys are also provided. This magnificent Villa comes with free use of mountain bikes, a double garage and beautiful landscaped gardens.
