Villa Naomi is located in the beautiful Rogachevo hills, near Albena, Bulgaria with views over the surrounding countryside, to the Black sea coast.
Nearby Albena, is one of the most beautiful and well maintained seaside resorts in Bulgaria located on the Black Sea coast, famous for its flower gardens. A variety of sporting and recreational activities can be enjoyed here, together with numerous bars and restaurants.
Villa Naomi in the exclusive village of Rogachevo, Bulgaria, is a magnificent brand new detached villa, built in 2006. The villa is set on two floors, the ground floor consists of a large living room with kitchen, dining and lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all kitchen utensils. A dining table for eight, is located close to the kitchen area. There is a shower room with a wc, located on the ground floor and a lounge area. In the utility room, close to the shower room, you will find a washing machine and ironing board.
A staircase leads to the first floor, where there are 3 separate bedrooms, 1 master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and 2 twin bedrooms. There is also a separate shower room. In addition in the lounge on the ground floor, there is a comfortable double sofa bed, on which one guest could be accommodated, raising the sleeping capacity of the villa to 7 people.
In the extensive private gardens, there is a lovely outdoor swimming pool with children's section, a barbecue and a Jacuzzi, next to the arbour. This lovely garden overlooks the surrounding green fields.
