Villa Guzel is located in Turkey on a holiday complex within a woodland setting approximately 1.5km from the centre of Calis and only two minutes walk to the beach, where there are a number of traditional beach bars and restaurants.
The very frequent local bus service will get you out and about to nearby Calis and the busy harbour town of Fethiye, which has a beautiful marina and the famous Tuesday market. The lovely blue lagoon of Oludeniz is also only a bus ride away. The Villa makes an excellent base for day trips to explore the nearby resorts of Dalyan, Kalkan, Kas and Patara Beach. Boat trips, excursions and car hire can all be arranged on arrival at the property.
Villa Guzel in Turkey is a lovely two bedroom, air conditioned property to accommodate six guests. The lounge has two bed settees, television with Satellite television and DVD player. The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a dressing table. There is a balcony to the front. The second bedroom has two single beds and a dressing table. There is landing access to a second balcony. The fully equipped kitchen includes a cooker, fridge/freezer and all utensils. The bathroom has a bath, shower, washbasin, toilet and a washing machine. There is a separate toilet and washroom on the ground floor. Outside there is a very large front terrace with built in barbeque, dining table and chairs and well kept lawned gardens. A welcome pack will be provided and a free shopping trip to the large local supermarket to stock up on all you holiday groceries. The Villa will be cleaned and all towels and bed linens changed once, each week of your stay. The complex has two large outdoor swimming pools and a shop and bar in peak season.
