This wonderful Town House is situated at the Polaris World La Torre Golf Resort in the Costa Calida Murcia region of southern Spain. The Resort is close to the miles of sandy beaches that line the Costa Calida coastline and the city of Murcia. It is located in a quieter part of the resort, ideal for golfers or young families, only 100 metres to the children’s play area and just a six minute walk from the nearest of the resort’s thirteen swimming pools. Another seven minutes and you’re in the village centre, where you can wine and dine in an abundance of bars and restaurants.
The 18-hole, 5,350-metre, par 68 course at La Torre Golf Resort is kept in match condition all year round. The minimum handicap is 28 for men and 36 for women. It has three lakes and five hectares of bunkers to challenge even its designer, golfing legend Jack Nicklaus. Facilities include a driving range, a lively club house and a mobile refreshment buggy to keep you topped up during your round. There is also a golf pro shop in the village centre. After your game, you can retire to the Wood House bar for a drink and a bite to eat. There’s eating inside and a terraced area outside with stunning views across the golf course and the rest of the resort.
The Town House in Spain is an elegantly designed front line Town House at La Torre with stunning views overlooking the 15th hole of the golf course. The fully air conditioned, centrally heated property, has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has two single beds, which can be zipped together to make a super king size bed. There's wireless broadband available throughout the house and a telephone for incoming calls, plus free calls to other properties on the various Polaris World resorts.
Downstairs there is one bedroom, plus a shower room, incorporating toilet, sink and bidet. In the lounge area there's a leather corner suite, satellite TV with UK channels, a DVD/video player and a CD player. The dining area, with oak table and chairs, has doors leading out to a patio and barbecue area, with fantastic views of the golf course. The kitchen includes an oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, cafetière and washer/dryer.
Upstairs there is the master bedroom, with patio doors leading to the upstairs terrace with superb vistas across the golf course, palm trees and lake. On the terrace you'll find a table with umbrella, four chairs and four sun loungers. The master bathroom includes a bath with shower, vanity basin, toilet and bidet.
Please note that neither smoking, nor pets are allowed in the Town House.
