The centre of the farm consists of this large panoramic Villa dominating the Elsa Valley with views of San Gimignano.
Barberino lies in the heart of Tuscany between Florence and Siena. It is an area that simply pulsates with history and legend. The area is recognized as the Chianti Classico belt, Chianti Classico being the prince of Italian wines renowned and appreciated all over the world.
The Villa is ideally situated for visiting the popular tourist attractions of Tuscany, close to the motorway, shops and supermarkets. A car is essential to enable guests to fully explore all this lovely area has to offer.
The Panoramic Villa in Tuscany, Italy is a wonderful property with a large hall of about 150 square metres, arches and cross vaults, created in what once was a stable. The Villa has a fully equipped large kitchen, lounge area with satellite television and toilet on the ground floor. The property has six large bedrooms on the first floor, three of which have double beds and three with two single beds. There are four bathrooms with either a shower or bathtub. The property has a total surface area of 360 sqm. For groups of more than twelve guests, there are three more bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers in a separate apartment located in the same building. It is therefore possible to accommodate eighteen guests in total at this Villa.
Outside there is a large patio area with patio furniture. This magnificent Villa has a large, fenced garden with barbecue and ample parking. Adjacent to the property is an outdoor 5x10 metre swimming pool, available in the summer months. On site is a shop selling local produce.
