The Byre in North Yorkshire is located on a hillside in Nidderdale between the village of Summerbridge and the wonderful National Trust area of Brimham Rocks. There are superb views over the surrounding dales and there is freedom to explore the many moorland and wooded tracks. Visitors can enjoy the tranquillity of the setting yet have easy access to the best of Yorkshire life: bustling market towns, dales villages, ancient cities and fashionable, floral towns. Explore castles, abbeys, stately homes and steam railways. Discover new shopping centres, futuristic exhibitions and theme parks - also country inns and an excellent choice of local eating places. In addition special discounted rates have been negotiated with Nidd Hall Hotel for the use of their leisure facilities.
The Byre in North Yorkshire is a lovely ground floor apartment, part of the resident family's converted farmhouse and cottages, which nestle at the side of a steep hill, on an unclassified country road in the beautiful Nidderdale countryside, on the edge of the spectacular Yorkshire Dales. There is a double bedroom, an open plan sitting room with additional sofa bed for two and an integral kitchen/dining area. The bathroom and landing are at the top of a small flight of stairs. A welcome tea tray will be in your accommodation ready for your arrival.
Bed linen, towels & tea towels are included in the weekly price. Prices include linen for number of persons stated. Additional persons are an extra £25 each. A barbecue area is for the use of guests and a payphone is available at all times. Well behaved pets are welcome at a charge of £5 per day or £25 per week.There is a charge for electricity at this property. A cleaning service is available on departure, if requested (£28). Normally cleaning is the responsibility of the guests and the owners reserve the right to make a charge if the property is left unclean or if there is any breakage or damage. A returnable bond of £75 per accommodation is requested on arrival.
